Chapters
International
Chapters of the Tsunami Society may be established at academic
institutions in countries vulnerable to tsunamis for the purpose
of promoting - at a local or regional level - public education
about the hazards and to encourage research on early warning
systems that may help mitigate their impact. The Tsunami Society
will assist Chapters with such efforts by providing guidance
on research projects and educational materials that will promote
tsunami preparedness.

of the Tsunami Society in your country, please contact us and
provide credentials, institutional affiliation and desired goals.
